 Drakes Branch Baptist Church exists to magnify God and to expand his kingdom by living and declaring God’s truth in the world. We exalt God best by trusting in the death of Jesus Christ as our only hope of salvation from our sins. Moreover, we display that God is our treasure and delight by passionately obeying his holy Word and joyfully submitting to his will for our lives. We endeavor to spread God’s glory by proclaiming his gospel in word and deed close to home and to the farthest reaches of the earth.

On behalf of our entire congregation, welcome to drakesbranchbc.com. We are delighted to share with you some information about us. Drakes Branch Baptist Church is called to herald the love and power and majesty of our God. We live to cherish and proclaim this world-changing truth: that "God demonstrates his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Rom 5:8).
As part of our mission we would love to help you. Welcome to Adam Blosser, our new Pastor of Children's Ministry and Outreach. Adam is a senior at Liberty and upon graduating this December will begin semin ary either at Liberty or Southeastern. His experience in children’s ministry and his passion for our Lord will be a tremendous asset for our congregation over the coming years as we seek to impact our community with the Gospel. Adam has stated that, “in a day where truth is blurred … I want to point people to the cross so that those to whom I minister may find their joy in Christ alone. I have a passion for the truth of the gospel and to see that truth proclaimed to the world starting with the local church. I see the local church as an essential avenue of ministry that I am committed to pouring my life into.”

Understanding Worship: A Wed Night Bible Study
Each Wednesday night we gather for intercessory prayer and Bible Study at 7:00pm. Currently we are exploring how we may become the worshipers, both individually and corporately, that our God seeks.
